Jim and Patt~

As promised. Obligation, really. A few of the same shots from different angles, kinda. I couldn't decide which one I liked X3

It a semidead state last night I redid Patt's lips. They would have been nice, but Volks had airbrushed under his lip, too. I was going to just redo it, but I really like the rest of his faceup. I lightened his lips and made them slightly more pink/red. I'm not big on oranges and browns. I'm happy with it. It's a bit messy, but it'll do til I can afford to send him off.

Warning for boy love and such. You could always pretend Jim is a very flat girl, it's not hard.

They're so cute ;0;

I restrung Patt last night, but I did it wrong, and he even more floppy than before (but still stood perfecfly, lols). And then I did it again and tore my fingers to shreds. But he doesn't flop all crazy anymore.

I can not believe how perfect he just slipped into the role of Patt. My idea for him was an El, when Logan was a Breakaway. But that turned out well. And it did. Perfect. Which reminds me. HE'S SO PERFECT <3

And now I had another sore throat. Is that supposed to happen? o_0;;

I think they're mastered it in a way. Jim is a better stander, and I can get him to stand easier... but Patt depends less on the tension of the stringing, if that makes sense. He's really well balanced ^^

They're not bad till their knees break, then they're shit. Not that I am bitter or anything. Ophelia is still by far my best stander, though Phoenix all restrung is coming pretty close now.

I like it that both Jim and Patt have the pointed ears, it kind of meshes them a little better, since they are so different - the ears make them have something in common. But.. Logan? Should he have pointed ears, too, since he's brothers with Patt?

Actually, Patt isn't supposed to have pointed ears, but human ears for teh volks are sato only... so they're kind of hard to get. I bought him secondhand, so I didn't have the option. He's not even wearing his ears in these pics ^^;;

And techinically, they're only half brothers. So maybe Patt's mother was an elf, I dunno XD

And he's fine, they live in a world where elves are pretty prominent. He's supposed to look pretty alien in comparison anyway, he doesn't go out often, but it's not because of his ears, lol. He generally looks inhuman.
