So I had a friend come over to stay last night. I'd forgotten she was coming, and I'd since gone dead with my fever of the glandular. So I told her I couldn't go out and drink with her. She seemed a bit cut. She stayed for a while and then went out by herself.

Came back today, though, with her boyfriend. I'd been awake for half an hour before I died, and had to go back to sleep at about 12. Woke up at 5 and they went home. I just got out of the bath and I still feel like crap.

Ugh, I am so over this.

Anyway, it's the long weekend for the queens birthday. In Canberra, it's legal to buy and use fire works on these three days, so everyone has gone mad and it letting them off. Fuckers. Not happy Marcia.

I knooooow. I just want to do stuff, and I need to pack and organise things and I can't because I'm about as useful as frozen jelly.

I seem to be like that with tea, or warm milk beverages. Everything is makes my mouth coat in this icky shit. Or it feels that way XD

She rang me at like 10 at night and went "Kate, we're out of milk and water is lumpy! Bring me some miiiiilk." She only lives across the road so it was easy to take her some.

But yeah, not being able to do stuff sucks. *cuddles*

Does frozen jelly even exist?
